18th May - $1,000 Seniors (No limit Holdem) - 396 (+16%) players. Prizepool $372,740 (+9%). 1st prize $134,000 (+16%). Fantastic turnout for this well organised event. Ben Battle of London the only one of 36 prize places to be non-American. The seniors have their own tour and its well run. Full Result.

19th May - $1,500 Ace to Five (triple buy limit) - 88 (-31%) players. Prizepool $124,080 (-33%). 1st prize $49,620 (-33%). Turnout well down as everyone who could play did play in the seniors evnt. Full Result.

18th May - $5,000 Deuce to Seven (No limit) - 35 (+6%) players. Prizepool $320,400 (-13%). 1st prize $160,200 (-3%). Strange little one-day event where there are rebuys at $5,000 a pop for three hours. Full Result.

17th May - $2,000 ½Holdem, ½ Stud (limit) - 144 (-) players. Prizepool $270,720 (-). 1st prize $108,300 (-). Las Vegan Dan Heimiller wins ahead of Londoner Ram Vaswani in an event that Ram surely knows little about. Full Result.

16th May - $3,000 Holdem (No limit) - 352 (-8%) players. Prizepool $992,640 (-11%). 1st prize $367,240 (-11%). Chan, 2nd in this event last year takes third and goes through the $3million barrier for all-time money leader. Simon Trumper takes 4th for England, the winner is Randall Heeb of Paris, France. This event saw 382 players last year, a record. This is still a good showing, the big one looks set to reach record numbers still. Full Result.

15th May - $5,000 Omaha Hi/Lo (limit) - 79 (107) players. Prizepool $371,900 (-28%). 1st prize $148,520 (-26%). Experienced Mike Matusow wins over the equally talented Daniel Negreanu. Dutchman Marcel Luske keeps European interest alive. Full Result.

14th May - $1,500 Holdem (limit) - 366 (not run last year) players. Prizepool $516,060 (-). 1st prize $190,920 (-). Last run at this buy-in in 1999 as the first event which saw 609 players. Strange thing placing this event here. Desperate attempt to keep the figures up and rake in the money from players. Londoner Gary Jones, one time leader goes out 5th with Aces vs Queens. 12th May - $1,500 Holdem Shootout (limit) - 193 (new event) players. Prizepool $272,130 (-). 1st prize $96,400 (-). A bizarre format that proved popular. The final table was a lesson in bad luck and over confidence. Full Result.

11th May - $5,000 Holdem (limit) - 113 (-30%) players. Prizepool $531,100 (-32%). 1st prize $221,440 (-29%).So nearly a heads up between the two woman players. Jennifer Harmon wins as the first female winner this year. Full Result.

10th May - $2,000 S.H.O.E (limit) - 143 (-21%) players. Prizepool $268,840 (-29%). 1st prize $107,540 (-23%). 7-Card Stud, Hold 'em, Omaha Hi/Lo, Stud Hi/Lo. Explain these games. Ivey makes it three Bracelets and confirms he's the best 7-Card player. Full Result.

8th May - $1,500 Holdem (Pot limit) - 340 (not run last year) players. Prizepool $479,400 (-). 1st prize $177,380 (-). In 1996 there were 278 runners. Good showing by Europeans, Ian Dobson (3rd Poker Million) is 3rd here. Full Result.

7th May - $2,500 Omaha Hi/Lo (limit) - 144 (-20%) players. Prizepool $338,400 (-22%). 1st prize $135,360 (-22%). Top year was 1999 (186 players). Full Result.

6th May - $1,500 Holdem (No limit) - 528 (-) players. Prizepool $744,480 (-). 1st prize $268,020 (-). Not played since 1996 this $1500 event easily past the old record of 405 players when John Morgan of England won $227,815 back then. This was a star-studded final event that leap-frogged the "Oriental Express" back into top spot in the money order. Full Result.

5th May - $1,500 Ace to Five Draw (limit) - 111 (-15%) players. Prizepool $156,510 (-15%). 1st prize $62,600 (-15%). Another first time winner at a traditional US strong-hold. This time a man from Oslo, Norway where there are no casinos. Full Result.

4th May - $3,000 Holdem (Pot limit) - 175 (-23%) players. Prizepool $493,500 (-25%). 1st prize $197,400 (-19%). Tremedous heads up battle where unknown Lousiana player beats Chris "Jesus" Ferguson after many back and forth swings. Jesus now goes fourth all time money winner ahead of Stu Ungar.Full Result.

3rd May - $2,500 7-Card Hi/Lo (limit)- 126 (-22%) players. Prizepool $296,100 (-24%%). 1st prize $118,440 (-26%). Ivey shows he's the best 7-Card Stud player in the world with his second bracelet this year in a stud event. Full Result.

2nd May - $2,500 Omaha (Pot limit)- 89 (-13%) players + 105 rebuys. Prizepool $471,650 (+5.7%). 1st prize $185,000 (+3.6%). Top prize fund for this event even though numbers down. Europeans show strong performance for once. Full Result.

29th April - $2,500 7-Card Stud (limit)- 123 (-20%) players. Prizepool $289,050 (-22%). 1st prize $115,600 (-22%). Turnout well down on last year and the year before. The record is 199 in 1999. Torla wins in only his third event at his first Series. Full Result.

28th April - $2,000 Holdem (Pot limit)- 216 (-20%) players. Prizepool $406,080 (-22%). 1st prize $150,240 (-22%). Turnout well down on last year and the year before. Once again the pot limit discipline gives the Brits much better results. Barney Boatman started chip leader against Chan and Seidel, two of the worlds best. Full Result.

27th April - $2,000 H.O.R.S.E (limit)- 156 (-) players. Prizepool $293,280 (-). 1st prize $117,320 (-). new event comprising of the five different games; Hold 'em, Omaha 8/b, Razz, Stud & Stud 8/b. Favours the stud players. Full Result.

26th April - $2,500 Gold Bracelet Heads-Up (No limit)- 28 players in the first of its kind. Previous winners play a knock-out. Why? The competition rolls over many days. Results so far here.

26th April - $1,500 Omaha (Pot limit)- 151 (145) players with 179 rebuys. A record Prizepool $481,410 (+15%). 1st prize $192,560 (+15%). Boatman brothers reach the final of a tournament that showed good British success in the money. Full Result.

25th April - $1,500 7-Card Hi-Lo (limit)- 240 (230) players (+4.3%). Prizepool $338400 (+1.1%). 1st prize $125,200 (+1.1%). The record was 1998 with a 251 player turnout. This is Eskimo Clark's fourth bracelet, Razz, Omaha (limit) and Stud (high). No let up in complete US dominance with Krause in 23rd spot the only non-American. Full Result here.

24th April - $1,500 Omaha (limit)- 130 (143) players (-9.1%). Prizepool $183,300 (-12.5%). 1st prize $73,320 (-14.6%). Phil Helmuth makes the final table in 2nd chip position but fluffs his chances for two records. TJ still leads the money charts. Well respected player Miami John picks up a deserved Bracelet. 23rd April - $1,500 7-Card Stud- 253 (272) players (-7.0%). Prizepool $356,730 (-9.9%). 1st prize $132,000 (-9.9%). Last years event had a record player attendance, this year well below. Complete American dominence except for Colclough in 16th spot. Well known Phil Ivey of Atlantic City wins. Full Result here.

22nd April - $2,000 No Limit Holdem- 449 (441) players (+1.8%). Prizepool $844,120 (-1.3%). 1st prize $303,880 (-4%). Attendence for this just into the record books. Londoner Harry Demetriou comes third. Exciting final with many comebacks. Full Result here.

21st April - $1,500 Omaha Hi Lo (limit) - 339 (306) players (+10.8%). Prizepool $477,990 (+7.4%). 1st prize $176,860 (+7.3%). This event jumps into record attendence territory. The final was as dull as limit Omaha Split usually is. Full Result here.

20th April - $2,000 Holdem (limit) - 610 (615) players (-0.8%). Prizepool $1,146,800 (-3.9%). 1st prize $407,120 (-7.7%). Ram Vaswani heads an early British challenge with 3rd place. Plenty of names in the final with TJ moving back into all-time money-winner leader. Peter Costa from the UK finishes in 9th. Poker dealer wins and gives up his job.Full Result here.
