 There are a few
unpleasant things in this site, although we think it is quite slick. Firstly
the dealers in the games are very quick off the mark when getting you to bet
again after you have lost, its rude if not greedy. Secondly, if you browse
through the online help section you might notice that they generously detail
books you can read to "improve your game". Wow, you think, they want to help
me, but they do not quote any books that we consider worthwhile reading. They
are all simple make money for the author books without real content. (They do
mention Ken Uston's Million Dollar Blackjack which is good but out of

Well its not clear where this is operation is based but
Ladbrokes officials tell us its Gibralter. This casino is accessable from the
Ladbroke betting web site which gives you a tell on who is
running it. Yes, the bookmakers are running the casino. Its no wonder that the
old casino people didn't see eye to eye with them, but they've gone to bingo
now.
So what is this casino up to? Well its not fancy, it rolls out a
whole load of games and slot machine type poker games for you to get into. You
can either spend time downloading if you've got a fast connection or get the CD
from Ladbrokes betting shops etc.
There are no moving graphics other
than a basic dealer hand or rolling dice. There's very little atmosphere to be
had, its straight win'em or lose'em.
Their major plus point is the
ability to transfer money back and forward to your betting account and thus
straight back to your current account. |

splitting, but you can't. Still the game at -0.4% is possibly the best
you will find!

First things first,
turn that dam music off. In the Lobby area go straight to Guest Services
and click Settings and switch off the two music volumes. Phew! That
must lose them a few punters. The Lobby screen is pretty static and unhelpful,
click on the Gaming Parlor and you are presented with another static (there are
a few flashing lights) screen of gaming tables. Your choice is American
Roulette, French Roulette, Blackjack and Video Poker. In the back room you get
Pai Gow and Mini-Bacarrat. That's the complete choice.
You might ask
yourself, 'why have American and French Roulette?'. The answer would be 'its
easy to make two almost identical games and fill out the sparse room!'. You
might further ask, 'why play American Roulette with Zero and Double
Zero when the Frenchy version has only Zero?'. There is no answer to
that.
Very good feature of playing for free on your computer for your
very own amusement. However the game sounds are just too arcade like. Give the
players some respect! To test this software we had to turn all the sound off in
the end.
