The
ultimate parent company is BSkyB Group plc. Surrey Sports has now changed its
name to Sky Bet and the website followed suit in 2003.
The appearance
of this site has changed recently from its too busy, blue, red and white
contrasts. There is also a much improved range of bets over the last few years.
Account management is slick and bet placement is sound and secure
enough not to be placing the wrong the bet by mistake.
Many original
type bets that you will not find on other sites e.g. Mythical match bets
between people playing in different and in Formula 1 - Who will Montoya collide
with first?
Good general coverage, very good
golf coverage.
Nice feature to allow bets as small as 5p.
Best
feature any site can have is the 'Max Bet' feature which tells you how much
money you can get on and they have managed to include this.
